David would have been honoured to have seen the hundreds of people that so kindly attended his funeral on Tuesday, 11 December, and for those of you who travelled long distances, we are extremely grateful. We would especially like to thank the Reverend Peter Dyson of St Saviour’s Church for his professionalism, guidance and continuous dedication, to all those who helped with the celebration service for David’s life, Shane Hatherley and the team at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care, Claudio and his staff at the Royal Yacht and Floralies for their efficient handling of the arrangements.
