Barry’s family would like to thank all who attended his funeral and those who made donations in his memory. To our family and friends for all the cards, messages and flowers we received, we have been overwhelmed by all your thoughts. Many thanks to the doctors of Lister House and the Respiratory care team at Clinical Investigation Department who have looked after him over the years. To the High Dependency Unit at the General Hospital for making his final few days as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Rev Martin Drysdale for the lovely service, Barbara Carter, Barry’s sister, for the Eulogy and Ellen Callen for the reading, to the staff at the Ambassadeur Hotel for the refreshments after the funeral and finally Paul Battrick and the staff of Pitcher & Le Quesne for their support and compassion at this difficult time.
