A huge thank you to the Jersey Ambulance paramedics who have transported Mum to hospital on so many occasions, always professional, skilled, kind and so respectful. To friends and family who have been with us through the last months offering kind words and help in practical ways, we are grateful to you all. Sincere thanks to Gary and the team from De Gruchy’s for all their help and support over the last weeks. We are most appreciative of Deacon Iain MacFirbhisigh for conducting the funeral service so sensitively and for the comfort he has offered. Alice was a unique person. She will never be forgotten!

Despite his dementia he retained his humanity, humour and dignity to the end. He is survived by his wife Diane, sons Alexander and Orion and grandchildren Alice, Grace and Louis.
