Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Jersey Hospice, on Wednesday, 16 September, 2026, aged 82 years. An extremely loving, dedicated and devoted Mum to Sarah, a cherished Grandma to Jacob and a beloved sister to Stephen. Her love, kindness, devotion to the community, and gentle, caring heart will never be forgotten.
May she rest in peace, forever loved, forever in our hearts and forever missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Service
Family and friends wishing to attend the funeral mass for Pat, are invited to meet at St Thomas’ Catholic Church, St Helier, on Tuesday, 27 October, at 9.30 am.
